Return Policy/Cancellation

  1. We are bummed if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 10 days of receipt for most items in same condition on time of dispatch.
  2. newdelhimart.com will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to your account number used for account transfer and cash on delivery.

After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. then send back at provide address but Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our returns address and will affect the processing of your return.
  5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  6. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.If item shipped and is not delivered to buyer and we are unable to provide the courier receipt showing the item delivered, buyer will get full refund in original mode of payment.
  7. Full refund including shipping charges will be given if the item is not despatched by us in 7 days. Refund will be given directly in your original mode of payment.
