Return Policy/Cancellation

  1. We are bummed if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 10 days of receipt for most items in the same condition at the time of dispatch.
  2. newdelhimart.com will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to your account number used for account transfer and cash on delivery.
  3. Before returning any product, please call us at the given number on the website. We will return your product within 5 working days.
  4. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Then send back at the provided address, but please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our returns address and will affect the processing of your return.
  5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  6. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. If the item is shipped and is not delivered to the buyer, and we are unable to provide the courier receipt showing the item delivered, the buyer will get a full refund in the original mode of payment.
  7. Full refund, including shipping charge,s will be given if the item is not dispatched by us within 7 days. Refund will be given directly in your original mode of payment.
  8. Once A refund is approved by Newdelhimart, it will be processed and credited within 7 working days.
  9. If you received the damaged product, please notify us within 3 days we will process your replacement within 5 working days.
